Creamy Garlic White Fish With Spinach
Tender pieces of white fish cooked in a silky cream sauce with garlic, lemon, spinach, and parmesan.

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 150 g spinach (fresh)
- 200 ml cream
- 1 lemon
- 40 g parmesan
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Directions

Season the fish with salt and pepper, then sear until golden.
